Challenges:

  • A large number of the workforce was leaving the client creating gaps in the talent pool

  • Employees felt a disconnect across different departments

  • Across the organisation there was a lack of wellbeing and gratitude in the workplace


Approach:

  • Two live innovation labs to share insights with internal stakeholders

  • A design sprint that was focused on creating a pilot with the client to implement simple, universal and quantifiable ways that measure how grateful employees are


Outcome:

  • Creating more value around community engagement at the workplace and drive business impact

  • Pilot a concept that measures how it affects employee satisfaction, productivity and general well-being in the business
